Kelsey spent nearly 4 years as the Marketing Manager for HPM, a program management company with clients all over the United States. She was responsible for the creative direction for all marketing activities and resources used to develop marketing strategies and initiatives. She worked with the marketing team and proposed project team to develop and direct differentiator-based strategy, outlines, proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials for all pursuits. She participated in the management of the division’s marketing communications efforts including sales collateral, advertising, social media, thought leadership, and public relations. Kelsey actively communicated the progress of projects internally and externally by following the life span of construction projects, helping relay value stories, and capturing progress and final photography/videography. She also implemented marketing materials and booth designs for various industry tradeshows and conferences all over the country. Kelsey was able to completely redesign the hpmleadership.com website and execute an overhaul of social media strategies that gained a 900% following and engagement for HPM.
